A postcard is spreading on social media under the hashtag #viralkindness to help people who have to self-isolate due to the coronavirus.
The cards said: "Hello! If you self-isolate, I can help you, "with blanks for a name, address, phone number and possible tasks that people may need help with, including" picking up groceries "and" a friendly phone call ".
Ms Wass told PA news agency she had already received good responses from neighbors who had posted "a handful".
"The response to #viralkindness has been incredibly heartwarming," she said.
In Woodbridge, young children Ruby and Kit Porritt, ages 12 and 10, have posters and flyers titled "Do you need our help?" that they have been distributing to neighbors.
The services advertised in the letter include free offers to walk the dog, go to the stores, leave food on the doorstep or send letters and drawings to cheer people up.
Her mother, Ellen Widdup, said: "They were worried about all the people on our street - many of whom are elderly - who might miss out because the store shelves were empty."
Local groups are also being set up in the area to help. A new Facebook group, Maidenhall Together, has published a leaflet on Covid 19 / Coronavirus which states: "Local people can come together in this time of need."
They say they can arrange to pick up prescriptions and do errands and doorstep drop-offs.
The group's brochure says: "If you're self-isolating or already vulnerable, or can't leave the house to get essential supplies, we're here for you!"
