Deleting the data

As long as you are a member, we will retain your access data and address information. Your data will be deleted automatically if you cancel your membership. . You cancel your membership via e-mail to info@vpsyb.org

Your registration data for a training course will be retained by us for administrative purposes. However, you can request the deletion of this data via e-mail at any time after the training course.

If you have registered for a newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time. In this case, we will delete your data for sending the newsletter. If you are still interested in receiving newsletters or similar, please re-register yourself with an e-mail address.

Forwarding of data

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties unless you give your express permission to do so.

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.

Other data is collected automatically by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of page view). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter our website.

This website is hosted by the provider United Domains (registered office - DE - Starnberg). Their hosting servers for e-mail and web hosting are all located in Germany and are subject to German data protection standards.

We use rapidmail to send newsletters. The provider is rapidmail GmbH, Wentzingerstraße 21, 79106 Freiburg, Germany.

Among other things, rapidmail is used to organize and analyse the sending of newsletters. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on rapidmail's servers in Germany.

Members area

Für den Mitgliederbereich und die Anmeldemöglichkeit der Mitglieder wird für die Anmeldung die E-Mail Adresse des Verbandsmitglieds verwendet. Zur Darstellung wird weiterhin der Name und Vorname des Mitglieds für den Mitgliederbereich abgelegt.
Das Passwort für das Mitglied zur Anmeldung in den Mitgliederbereich wird automatisch beim Anlegen generiert und verschlüsselt abgelegt. Dieses Passwort ist für den Betreiber der Webseite nicht sichtbar. Das Mitglied erhält eine automatisch erstellte Mail mit den individuellen Zugangsdaten. Sollte vom Mitglied das Passwort vergessen werden, kann dies durch den Webseiten Betreiber neu generiert und automatisch verschickt werden. In diesem Fall teilen Sie uns via E-Mail an info@vpsyb.org den Wunsch zum Rücksetzen des Passwortes mit.

Data transmission and e-mail traffic

VpsyB.de establishes a secure connection between the user's browser and the web server.

The information provided in forms is transmitted in encrypted form.

The e-mail inboxes listed on VpsyB.org do not provide access within the meaning of the Administrative Procedure Act.

Microsoft Bookings ist eine Microsoft 365-App, die das Planen und Verwalten von Terminen vereinfacht und wird vom Verband zur Organisation der Termine für Informationsgespräche eingesetzt.
Besucher der Webseite können sich über die Planungsseite direkt einen Gesprächstermin buchen. Dazu sind der
Name, die E-Mail Adresse und die Telefonnummer notwendig. Sie erhalten daraufhin eine Bestätigungs-Mail und eine Kalendereinladung.
Alle Buchungsdaten werden innerhalb der Microsoft 365-Plattform und in Exchange Online gespeichert

Mit Microsoft wurde eine Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO abgeschlossen (Zustimmung der Online service Terms, zugehörig dabei auch das Data Processing Addendum (DPA)) .

Demgemäß sind für die Nutzung umfangreiche technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen mit Microsoft vereinbart, die dem aktuell geltenden Stand der Technik der IT-Sicherheit z. B. hinsichtlich Zugriffsberechtigungs- und Ende-zu-Ende-Verschlüsselungskonzepten für Datenleitung, Datenbanken und Server entsprechen. Die Datenverarbeitung mit Office 365 erfolgt auf Servern in Rechenzentren in Deutschland.
