Through solution-oriented development of strategies for coping with problems, disorders and stress in all areas of life, it ultimately leads to stabilization, improvement and development of your quality of life.
The focus of life, discussion and conflict counseling is on career, partnership, family conflicts - including conflicts with children and adolescents, problems of children in parental relationships (separation, divorce, sexuality), life (dealing) with illness (psyche, soul) as well as life path counseling.
In contrast to friendly problem-solving discussions, psychological counseling is about objective, neutral and appreciative support in clarifying individual problems.
This is a psychological counseling activity outside the field of medicine. According to the Psychotherapists Act, this is therefore not subject to approval or supervision, as "the practice of psychotherapy does not include psychological activities aimed at dealing with and overcoming social conflicts or other purposes outside the practice of medicine" (PsychThG § 1 Berufsausübung, para. 3): This is psychological counseling to help overcome psychosocial problems in accordance with PsychThG § 1 Berufsausübung, para. 3, sentence 3.
