Mental Health Programm
Dear colleagues, dear interested parties,
als Präsidentin des vpsyb – Verband für psychologische Beratung – freue ich mich, Ihnen einen weiteren wichtigen Schritt in unserer Mission vorstellen zu dürfen: die Intensivierung unserer Bemühungen zur Standardisierung und Etablierung des Berufsbildes “Psychologische*r Berater*in” in Deutschland und der Europäischen Union.
Unser “Mental Health Program” bildet dafür die zentrale Plattform. Mit dieser Initiative setzen wir uns ein für:
- The development of uniform quality standards in Germany and the EU
- The creation of a clear legal framework for our profession
- The implementation of binding training and further education guidelines
- EU-wide recognition of our profession
- The integration of psychological counseling into health programs
These steps are crucial to further strengthen the professionalism and effectiveness of psychological counseling and to consolidate its importance in the healthcare system.
